Long-serving Library Industry Veteran, Maria Phipps, Joins Soutron Global

International library transformation company, Soutron Global, announces that Maria Phipps, MLS, has joined its team. Ms. Phipps comes to Soutron Global after having represented Inmagic Inc products in Canada for 29 years. Ms. Phipps is a long-serving library automation industry expert, and her presence at Soutron Global further demonstrates a commitment to its library transformation vision. For nearly three decades, Ms. Phipps has been instrumental in bringing library and information management technologies to libraries and information centers in the banking, legal, industrial engineering and other corporate industries, as well as to education, museums, not for profits and government entities across Canada.

Ms. Phipps is also a member of the Board of Governors at Lakehead University in Thunder Bay, Ontario, has been a board member of Trinity College School in Port Hope, Ontario, and currently is Chair of its 150th Anniversary History Project, 1865 – 2015.
